This freshly renovated, south-east facing chalet has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open concept living, dining and kitchen, with great outdoor space too! The Master bedroom has Queen bed, and the second room has 2 single beds. Along with a couch in the living room, the chalet provides comfortable sleeping accommodations for 4 people. The living room also has a 43" Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon access to your account available for streaming! The 4 piece bath has a tub and shower combo for the kiddos or a nice soak. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need from pots and pans, dishes, an oven, stove top, microwave and seating for 4. Outside there is a nice deck for enjoying the view. Enjoy the great views of sparking waters and passing boats while you eat! Finish off the day with amazing star gazing by the fire-pit!

Welcome to your getaway! A few quick reminders for everyone's enjoyment, thanks so much:) GENERAL RULES: -Quiet time 10pm to 7am -Communal Pool (available seasonally): please respect posted pool hours and rules, such as no glass permitted in this area. -Please do not to take dish-ware and towels provided out of the chalet. -Please use black clothes and wipes for make-up, and paper towel for spills, thanks:) Any white towels or linens that are permanently stained will unfortunately be charged. -No smoking indoors, no parties, no un-approved pets, no tenting or RVs -Suitable to sleep maximum 6 guests. -Please respect the neighbours and their space. -Please clean up any trash left outside including cigarette butts. PET RULES: -Your pet does their needs outside, and will be picked up after right away. -When outside your pet should be on a leash, and never without supervision. -Your pet is not allowed within the fenced-in pool area. -Barking and all actions that could bother the neighbors should be kept to a strict minimum. -Upon entering the chalet, please clean your pet's paws with the appropriate rags and not the white towels provided. -We ask the your pet have a general grooming and that their nails be trimmed to avoid damage to the floor. -It is also preferable for your pet to stay off the furniture. You'll have access to your deck, yard and firepit, the communal pool and beaches surrounding the point, offering spectacular views of sunrise to sunset! Enjoy parking in your own driveway as well as private access to your unit. This semi-detached chalet was made to make the most of the views while offering privacy and peacefulness.

Great host and amazing quiet location. Beautiful view of the bay. Quiet area that is perfect for a couple's retreat or a family staycation. The cottage is clean and has everything you need. Will rent again in the future.

My family and I have nothing bad to say about Étienne’s place and Richibucto. The townhouse provided exactly what we needed for a vacation : peaceful surroundings, beautiful night sky and sunrise, fantastic water views and friendly neighbours. On top of that, Étienne, Carey and Jenn are some of the most responsive hosts I’ve had the pleasure to speak with. Definitely saving this spot for a future visit.

On a bien apprécié notre séjour en famille. Chalet bien situé près du parc de Kouchibouguac. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la localisation sur le bord de l’eau. En plus de la tranquillité du lieu.

Le chalet est parfait, tout est propre et cozy ! La vue est splendide, grande cour pour jouer, espace pour faire un feu de camp, marches pour accéder à une petite plage, accès à une belle piscine chauffée + bain tourbillon, bref, tout y est pour un séjour incroyable avec les enfants. Nous y retournerons très certainement !!
