Feel like you're on the water and catch breathtaking views from this quaint oceanfront gem! Sleeps 6 adults and 2 supervised children in the loft! Enjoy sunrises over the water, crashing waves while in the hot tub, water views to PEI & plenty of birds set against beautiful skies! Nestled between Shediac and Bouctouche, see the best of the Acadian Coast! Relax and recharge in this restored traditional fishing home with beaches nearby! Kindly note one room is annexed, no pets or parties please:)

Good to know

This charming 760 square foot beach house has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with ocean views. The living room has a comfy couch and a TV with Netflix. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser and sitting area. Off of the Master is access to an annexed bedroom with another Queen bed and washer and dryer. The third bedroom is just off the living room and also has a Queen bed and small dresser. Upstairs there's a cozy loft with two single beds that would be great for children. The loft is only about 3-4 feet high and accessible by a pull-down ladder. The deck has a BBQ, outside dining table and a new Hot Tub installed in 2022 to make the most of this exceptional experience! Outside there's also a fire pit and a bit of grassy area. The back of the house is flanked by beach boulders with sandy beaches nearby down the road. Over the bridge is water access and a 1 minute drive to the south is a quaint little natural beach. Many more beaches are found in Bouctouche, Cocagne and Shediac, just reach out for more info!

Welcome to your getaway! -Kindly park in front of the fire-pit (right of the house) and avoid fenced-off areas and driving on grass. -Please follow all posted hot tub rules, including washing away all creams, oils and makeup with soap, avoiding hair and any foreign substance in the tub to avoid the $550 empty/refill and rebalance fee. -Please avoid glass in hot tub area, you may use the plastic cups provided. -No parties are permitted, and only listed guests may stay the night. -No smoking indoors or near the hot tub. -No pets, also please be advised that service animals still cause allergies and extra cleanup and are therefore must be pre-approved. -Please bring your own beach towels to avoid removing towels provided. -Please be sure to close all doors and windows when leaving the chalet as high coastal winds and rain can cause damage. -Please inform us right away if something breaks or doesn't seem right so that we may address it in a timely fashion:) Thanks so much, and please reach out anytime! Cocagne is a quaint seaside village still reminiscent of family getaways, good seafood and strikingly beautiful nature. Step back in time and experience the Acadian coast the way it’s been enjoyed for decades. Located on the 535 Coastal Drive, this beach house is in the heart of a charming beach community. Just a short drive to Bouctouche where you'll find the "Irving Nature Park Sand Dune" which is a protected boardwalk beach area, the "Pays de la Sanguine" a fun historical village, the wharf, market and restaurants. Kouchibouguac National Park is beyond Bouctouche where you can rent fat tire bikes to ride through the trees, kayak the fresh and salt waters and take a boardwalk to experience the lakes and beaches! Cap Lumière beach is also in this direction with 8km of natural sandy beach! In the other direction, Cocagne is just down the road with its charming seaside vibes. Shediac is a short drive away for lots of fresh caught eats and NB's most popular public beach - Parlee! Further along is Moncton with all the amenities one could ask for such as a waterpark, zoo, casino, shopping and spas! Keep going and you'll end up at Fundy National Park and Hopewell Rocks for the highest tides in the world!! Just over 100 billion tons of water pour in and out of this bay everyday, impressive eco-system to say the least:) Welcome to your new summer fun!

You'll be able to enjoy the entire home, deck, yard, driveway and waterfront:) Water access is public and just a 2 minute walk away over the bridge, or a beach can be found 1 minute drive headed south down the road by the postal boxes:) There are many beautiful beaches in the area in Bouctouche, Cocagne and Shediac, just reach out for more info!:)

This place is right on the water. Beautiful location, next to a lot of parks and beaches. Sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise was a great bonus. Super clean! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in that area.

Tout était fantastique, la vue était à couper le souffle, les lits étaient très confortables et la cuisine était bien équipée. Quoi de mieux que de relaxer dans le jacuzzi admirer le détroit de Northumberland. Nous y retournions certainement.

It was cozy and a wonderful place to rest relax and restore my daughters loved sleeping in the loft , the view was spectacular and gorgeous . Wish our stay was longer and will definitely be back :) highly recommend this lovely place !

Family of 5 lots of sleeping space, the kids loved the loft area perfect for them. Beautiful custom shower. The cottage has lots of windows for natural sunlight. Fantastic view of the ocean. Hot tub made it extra special.
