The POOL, SAUNA, HOT TUB & BBQ are all OPEN for the summer! Cocagne Retreat is a beautiful 2 bedroom house situated in Cocagne NB, 25 minutes from Moncton. View to the beautiful Bay and historical Cocagne Island. The Island is a blue heron sanctuary and one of the nicest kayak routes in NB. During winter, come experience this wonderland of sights, tranquility and privacy this house has to offer. To be comfy in the hot tub at such cold temperatures is an absolute treat and will make you feel at the spa! This cozy rental is located in a very quiet and private environment. Perfect for any type of vacation, weekend getaways, special occasions and summer vacation. Enjoy comfort & and many close destinations all around. The property has a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with showers and a 2 person jetted jacuzzi, big living room with Murphy bed, and a big tv, the first room has a queen bed with direct patio access to the deck with pool (only available during the summer) and hot tub (5 seater), the second bedroom has a 2 single over double bunk beds.
Other Details to Note
During the winter period (around mid-october), the pool will be closed, the bbq will be stored, the fire pit will be unavailable due to snow, the seats, hamac and swing will be stored and the gazebo, patio table and chairs will also be stored. The hot tub and sauna will be available year round (best part!)

Cocagne is a quaint seaside village still reminiscent of family getaways, good seafood and strikingly beautiful nature. Step back in time and experience the Acadian coast the way it’s been enjoyed for decades. Just a short drive to Bouctouche where you'll find the "Irving Nature Park Sand Dune" which is a protected boardwalk beach area, and the "Pays de la Sanguine" a fun historical village. Kouchibouguac National Park is beyond Bouctouche where you can rent fat tire bikes to ride through the trees or a kayak or canoe to experience the lakes and beaches! In the other direction, Cocagne is just down the road with its charming seaside vibes. Shediac is a short drive away for lots of fresh caught eats and NB's most popular public beach - Parlee! Further along is Moncton with all the amenities one could ask for such as a waterpark, zoo, casino, shopping and spas! Keep going and you'll end up at Fundy National Park and Hopewell Rocks for the highest tides in the world!!
